Ben is a graduate of Fairhope High School. Since then, he has performed collegiately with both the Jaguar Marching Band and the Million Dollar Band. Ben has also performed multiple seasons with Carolina Crown Dum and Bugle Corps. As an instructor, he has worked with bands all over the southeast of the United States!

Madison Harry is a graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music Education. During her time at JSU she was a member of the acclaimed Marching Southerners, JSU Chamber Winds horn section, and the JSU Brass Band. Mrs. Harry is a legacy alumnae member of the Theta Beta chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota. Mrs. Harry is currently the band director at Bayside Academy in Daphne.

Nicholas is a graduate of Fairhope High School and the University of South Alabama, where he served as drum major. He also marched in Drum Corps International for two years and was drum major for Drum Corps Associates. Post-college, Nicholas remains active in the marching arts, offering private lessons to drum majors, participating in various marching band leadership clinics, and serving as a member of the Buccaneer Band Staff at Fairhope High School.

Mr. Madden is a graduate of the University of South Alabama where he obtained a Bachelor’s in Music Education. During his time at South, he was a member of the Jaguar Marching Band where he served as Student Assistant Conductor his senior year. Mr. Madden is currently the band director at St. Michael Catholic High School in Fairhope.

Kindall Butler is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. Kindall is currently employed as a marine biologist in Florida. During her time at USA, she marched for 5 years with the Jaguar Marching Band, served as principal percussionist in the Symphony Band, performed in the Wind Ensemble, and performed in the Percussion Ensemble. In 2016, she also marched a season of Drum Corps with the Louisiana Stars. Kindall not only assists with teaching the percussion, but also serves as the band’s photographer and assists with social media.

Callie Collins has worked with the Fairhope Percussion since 2016. She performed with the Million Dollar Band from 2010-2013 and graduated from the University of Alabama, receiving a Bachelors in Music Therapy with a focus in percussion. Callie is currently working as the Music Therapist for Mobile County Public Schools.

Mr. Greenwood serves as the Assistant Director of the Jaguar Drumline at the University of South Alabama. He previously served as Asst. Director of Bands/Asst. Director of Athletic Bands and Director of Marching Percussion at USA from 2017-2021. He was previously a member of the teaching staff of the JMB since its inception in 2009 through 2021. Mr. Greenwood has given clinics and masterclasses across the Gulf Coast. Mr. Greenwood holds a Master of Music degree in Percussion Performance from the Florida State University and a Bachelor of Music degree in Percussion Performance from the University of Louisville. As an active and diverse performer, Mr. Greenwood currently serves as a percussionist in many ensembles in the region including the Mobile Opera, Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra, Mobile Symphony Orchestra, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, and Pensacola Opera.

Phillip Davis has been the color guard director with Fairhope High School Band for more than 20 years. He also has taught, performed, competed and judged various forms of pageantry for over 20 years. Color guards, drum majors, dance lines, majorettes, cheerleading, show choirs and pageants are just a few of the activities he has been involved in. He marched Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps back in the late 80’s. Phillip is also a local graphic/web designer and is currently employed with Dogwood Productions in Mobile.
Phillip is married and has two children. His interests include art, design, sports, running, various mediums of music and dance.

Hunter Rencher is an alumni of Fairhope High School where he marched on the Trumpet Line, performed in the winterguard program, and later served as the head drum major. He is currently a student at the University of South Alabama and is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration. Hunter marched for 3 years in the Jaguar Marching Band with the fabulous Jaguar Color Guard and Jaguar Winter Guard, where he served as Color Guard Captain.

Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree with special honors in Political Science and a minor in music from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL. He also received the Master of Arts in History from JSU and the Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University. Justin serves as arranger and program consultant for many high school and college band programs and across the country. Just in served as brass arranger for Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps from 2017-2023 and is currently brass arranger for Atlanta CorpsVets. When not arranging and composing, he teaches history, political science, music, and religion at Central Alabama Community College in Talladega, AL. He lives in Oxford, AL with his wife, Alicia, and their three children, Jack, Anna, Caleb, and Knox.
